Yeah, sure. I call bullshit. How could they print such nonsense. I personally saw the influence on several family members who became unrecognizable to me. And that was one family in America! Seriously, what the hell...

All the people mentioned in the article are American and yet they don’t realize that Russian propaganda scripts are being used by Americans. Instead of comparing Solvyov and trump, Simonyan and Tucker (Simonyan wins), they look at Igor and Natasha from Petersburg 🤦🏻‍♀️

I haven’t had time to look into who authored the “study” but have a hunch it’s going to be similar to what the controlled opposition did for QAnon using cutouts to push false narratives.

100%. Reminds me of “they only spent x dollars on facebook ads.”

Only looking at one small aspect of a coordinated multi pronged influence campaign is going to severely underestimate its impact.

i know that it had a huge impact - downplaying the trolls and Q impact now in early 2023 is really suspicious. i watched in real time in 2016 how these measures turned an inside gov't employee in cybersecurity turn into a digital soldier for their message - it worked and it had a huge impact - he went down the rabbit hole & never came back - it made a huge impact on votes & it aimed well
