Hoping you're feeling better soon. It's different for everyone, but sleep was a big help for me (not that I had much choice.) 😅

The only thing we could do was keep Alka Seltzer close ...warm water and much easier on stomache . Easy and helps it stay in stomache than into bloodstream . Stay warm and try to be happy .You can smoke but gummys work way better so you don't cough. Froots make sativa or indica and are delishly cheap $12.00 cherry is best .

Vaxxed, I got it on a trip in late '21. I recommend a tumeric supplement with piperine to help provide systemic antiinflammation. You want to avoid covid breaking everything. Also, a good tester for the nose is a jar of garlic stuffed olives in the fridge. Lots of water and sleep sleep sleep even if you probably would do so due to the infection. Be good to yourself and we will watch the barricades . . . feel better soon.

Oh, and you won't be able to smoke for a few days, Jim. Stock up on edibles, Kleenex and whiskey 😎

Ack. Grain of salt cuz no doctor. But there's some seemingly reputable studies on simple things like taking h1 and h2 antihistamines, Claritin/benedryl (aka generally great safety profile) and then more physical things helping at margins like saline nasal rinses and frequent mouthwash to decrease viral load....and to some degree duration. Personally I also have Azelastine as preventative given it's an ace2 inhibitor, but I think it might also be linked to reduced severity....don't quote me on that one, and lastly SaNOtize/Enovid, but this one needed to be ordered from abroad.
